SUNY Buffalo State 2023 Runway - Provoking Protopias
It was an amazing opportunity being able to participate in this year’s Buffalo State Runway! As a designer and front of house producer assistant, I was able to watch all aspects of the show coming together.
As I was working backstage, I took charge of my team of models to coordinate their entrance on the runway wearing designs I had been working on over the past two months as an independent study. I had the pleasure of working with two stylists who both assisted me and kept our day running smoothly. All of my designs are photographed below and were featured at the 2pm and 8pm show on April 20, 2023. After the rehearsals and a successful show, I’m proud of the work I have put into Runway this year and it was a pleasure to work with such an enthusiastic and driven team.
